We have free standard shipping on all orders over $35! We have a shipping calculator that will give you an estimated shipping cost before shipping. We currently only ship to the US, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Restrictions

We offer several shipping options, including standard ground shipping, expedited 2-day, and overnight shipping.

We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. We don't ship to military addresses containing APO, FPO, or DPO.  We Do Not Ship To Vermont. We currently don't offer international shipping.

Handling And Processing 

All orders received before 5 pm EST will be shipped the same day (1 day processing time). Orders after 5 pm EST time will be shipped the next day.  We ship orders 7 days a week. Expect weekend orders to be processed by delivery services on the next available business day.

Damaged items, lost packages/items:

Please ensure that your delivery location is secure or someone is available to receive your package. Please reach out to your carrier to report lost and stolen packages.

5. **Return Shipping:** While our returns process is free, please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. If you're returning an item due to a mistake or defect on our end, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

6. **Damaged or Defective Items:** If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund as needed.

7. **Returns Beyond 30 Days:** If you need to return an item after the initial 30-day period, please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation. While our standard policy covers returns within 30 days, we understand that there can be exceptional circumstances.

8. No returns can be made on clearance sale items; these are considered final sales.It is the customer’s responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to Flight2Vegas

9. Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.We will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.

The customer will have 30 minutes from the time the order was placed to make any changes to the orders. Any cancellation or change requests done after 30 minutes may be subject to a restocking fee.

What if My Order is Missing a Few Products?

Sometimes we are out of stock on a few products and can't get it shipped out with the rest of your order. This might be the case so check your order on the website to see if the item missing is under the unfulfilled section.

When you receive your package and you feel you are missing something, please triple check the package. We often pack items inside containers or stash boxes that were also purchased.

If you are sure that the product that you ordered is not in your package, please gather everything together that you purchased with the packing slip and take a picture. Then email the picture to us and explain what is missing.

Flight2Vegas procures the best organic wraps and cones however due to the nature of the product there will be rare irregularities. This is due to a multitude of reasons including but not limiting to purveyors, weather, manufacturing process etc. At any time you aren't satisfied with your item please contact us first before leaving a review. We respond very quickly.

I believe my package is stolen or lost, what should I do?

Flight2Vegas is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods via the mailing process however please reach out to us to help find a mutual solution. Let us help!
