All items will be shipped in waterproof, crushproof, and discreet packaging. 

Shipping Cost

We have free standard shipping on all orders over $35! We have a shipping calculator that will give you an estimated shipping cost before shipping. We currently only ship to the US, international shipping is not available.

We currently ship our packages via USPS, UPS and FedEX.

Shipping Restrictions

We offer several shipping options, including standard ground shipping, expedited 2-day, and overnight shipping.

We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. We don't ship to military addresses containing APO, FPO, or DPO.  We Do Not Ship To Vermont. We currently don't offer international shipping.

Handling And Processing 

All orders received before 5 pm EST will be shipped the same day (1 day processing time). Orders after 5 pm EST time will be shipped the next day.  We ship orders 7 days a week. Expect weekend orders to be processed by delivery services on the next available business day.

Damaged items, lost packages/items:

Please ensure that your delivery location is secure or someone is available to receive your package. Please reach out to your carrier to report lost and stolen packages.

Free Returns Policy

1. **Eligibility:** We accept returns on all unused and unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Whether you've changed your mind or received a product that doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to assist.

3. **Condition of Items:** To qualify for a return, the items must be in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we can only process returns for products that are in resalable condition.

4. **Refunds or Exchanges:** Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we'll process your refund or exchange. You can choose to receive a full refund for the product's purchase price or exchange it for another item of equivalent value.

5. **Return Shipping:** While our returns process is free, please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. If you're returning an item due to a mistake or defect on our end, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

6. **Damaged or Defective Items:** If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund as needed.

7. **Returns Beyond 30 Days:** If you need to return an item after the initial 30-day period, please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation. While our standard policy covers returns within 30 days, we understand that there can be exceptional circumstances.

8. No returns can be made on clearance sale items; these are considered final sales.It is the customer’s responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to Flight2Vegas

9. Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.We will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.

The customer will have 30 minutes from the time the order was placed to make any changes to the orders. Any cancellation or change requests done after 30 minutes may be subject to a restocking fee.

Will my product be fresh?

Flight2Vegas procures the best organic wraps and cones however due to the nature of the product there will be rare irregularities. This is due to a multitude of reasons including but not limiting to purveyors, weather, manufacturing process etc. At any time you aren't satisfied with your item please contact us first before leaving a review. We respond very quickly.

I believe my package is stolen or lost, what should I do?

Flight2Vegas is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods via the mailing process however please reach out to us to help find a mutual solution. Let us help!
